Terms of Service
Effective September 3, 2026
These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Tokenly Games Limited covering Wukong Survivors: the game as distributed on the App Store, Google Play, and TikTok Minis, the browser demo, and the wukongsurvivors.com website. By installing, opening, or playing the game, or by using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is a separate document.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Wukong Survivors is developed and published by Tokenly Games Limited ("we", "us"). These terms apply to every version of the game we publish, including the iOS and Android apps, the TikTok Mini, and the browser demo, together with the official website and any related online services.
Where the game runs inside a third-party platform such as TikTok, the App Store, or Google Play, that platform's own terms also apply to your use of the platform. For matters concerning the game itself, these terms govern.
2. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for using online services, to play Wukong Survivors. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.
You may not use the game if you have previously been banned from it, or if doing so would violate applicable law or the rules of the platform you play on.
3. Accounts and platform sign-in
The game may identify you through the platform you play on, for example your TikTok account when you open the TikTok Mini, or your Apple or Google account on mobile. We do not ask you to create a separate Tokenly Games Limited password.
You are responsible for keeping your platform account secure and for everything that happens under it. Tell us promptly at mail@wukongsurvivors.com if you believe your access to the game has been misused.
4. License to play
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Wukong Survivors for your own non-commercial entertainment.
This license does not allow you to copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the game; to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify it; or to extract its assets, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Rules of conduct
While playing, you agree not to bypass security measures or anti-cheat systems; use bots, scripts, mods, or emulators to gain an unfair advantage; exploit bugs instead of reporting them; distribute malicious code; interfere with the service or other players; harass, threaten, or abuse anyone; or use the game for any unlawful purpose.
We may investigate suspected violations and may reset progress, remove virtual items, or suspend or terminate your access without notice if we reasonably believe you have broken these rules.
6. Virtual items, purchases, and advertising
The game may offer virtual currency, characters, upgrades, and other virtual items, some of which can be bought with real money through the platform store you use (for example Apple, Google, or TikTok). Purchases are processed by that platform under its own terms, including its refund policy.
Virtual items are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed, rebalanced, or removed as the game evolves. The game may also show advertisements, including rewarded ads that grant in-game bonuses. The content of third-party ads is the responsibility of the advertiser.
7. Your content and feedback
If you send us suggestions, bug reports, artwork, or other feedback, you allow us to use it freely to improve and promote the game without any obligation to you. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to share.
Any player names, messages, or other content you make visible to other players must comply with these terms and the rules of the platform you play on. We may remove content that we consider inappropriate.
8. Intellectual property
Wukong Survivors, its name, characters, story, artwork, animation, music, sound effects, software, and all related materials are owned by Tokenly Games Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The game draws on the public-domain classic Journey to the West, but our original expression of it belongs to us.
You may share screenshots and gameplay videos for personal, non-commercial purposes and for streaming or video creation, provided you do not imply that Tokenly Games Limited endorses you and do not use our assets in a misleading or harmful way.
9. Availability, updates, and termination
We may release updates, add or remove features, run limited-time events, and change game balance at any time. Some updates are required to keep playing. We may also suspend or discontinue the game, or any part of it, and we are not obliged to keep any version available indefinitely.
You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it or by removing the Mini from your TikTok account. We may end these terms and your access if you breach them. Sections 4 through 12 continue to apply after termination to the extent they are meant to.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The game and website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from lost progress.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tokenly Games Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost virtual items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tokenly Games Limited is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights that cannot be waived.
Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us at mail@wukongsurvivors.com so that we can try to resolve the issue informally. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
12. Changes to these terms and contact
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify you in the game or on the platform where you play. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
