1. Who is responsible for your data

Tokenly Games Limited is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at mail@wukongsurvivors.com with any privacy question or request.

When you play through TikTok, Apple, or Google, those platforms also process your data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. Please read them alongside this one.

2. Data we collect

Data from the platform you play on. When you open the TikTok Mini or sign in through Apple or Google, the platform gives us a platform-specific user identifier and, if you allow it, a display name and avatar. We use these to recognize your save data and show your name in the game. We never receive your platform password.

Data collected automatically. When the game or website runs, we and our service providers receive technical data such as device model, operating system version, language, screen size, IP address and the approximate region derived from it, app version, crash logs, performance diagnostics, and gameplay events such as levels reached, characters unlocked, purchases made, and ads viewed.

Data you give us directly. If you email us, we keep your email address and the content of your message so that we can reply. We do not ask for your real name, phone number, or postal address in the game.

3. Why we use your data

We use personal data to run the game and save your progress; to fix bugs, prevent crashes, and improve performance; to balance gameplay and design new content based on aggregate statistics; to deliver and measure advertising and in-app purchases; to detect cheating, fraud, and abuse; to respond to your support requests; and to comply with legal obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of our contract with you (running the game you asked for), our legitimate interests (keeping the game secure, understanding how it is used, and funding it through advertising), your consent (for personalized advertising and optional cookies where consent is required), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Advertising and analytics

The game may display ads served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. Ad networks may collect your device advertising identifier, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve, cap, and measure ads and, where you have allowed it, to personalize them. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings: on iOS through the Tracking and Apple Advertising settings, and on Android through the Ads settings in Google.

The website uses Google Analytics to understand overall traffic. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes usage data on our behalf; you can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies. The website may also show advertising through Google AdSense.

5. Cookies and local storage

The website uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to remember your language choice, plus the analytics cookies described above. The browser demo uses local storage to keep settings and demo progress on your device.

The mobile apps and the TikTok Mini do not use browser cookies. Save data and settings are stored on your device and, where the platform supports it, synced through the platform's own storage.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that host our servers, analyze crashes, or serve ads, who may use the data only to provide their services to us; with the platform you play on (TikTok, Apple, or Google) as needed to process purchases and run the Mini or app; with authorities or other parties when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect people's safety; and with a successor business if Tokenly Games Limited is merged, acquired, or sells its assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.

7. How long we keep data

Save data and platform identifiers are kept for as long as you play and for up to 12 months after your last session, so that you can return to your progress. Crash logs and diagnostics are kept for up to 14 months. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months after the case is closed. Purchase records are retained for as long as tax and accounting rules require. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer identify you.

8. Security

We protect personal data with technical and organizational measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encrypted connections, access controls, and hosting with reputable providers. No system is completely secure, so please tell us at mail@wukongsurvivors.com if you suspect a problem.

9. International transfers

Tokenly Games Limited operates globally, and our service providers may store or process data in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States and other countries where our hosting and advertising providers operate. Where required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or rely on the platform's own transfer mechanisms, so that your data stays protected.

10. Children

Wukong Survivors is not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age that applies where you live, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Platforms such as TikTok apply their own age checks before a Mini can be opened. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, and other jurisdictions with similar laws can exercise these rights by emailing mail@wukongsurvivors.com. We will respond within the time the law allows and will not treat you differently for making a request.

You can also delete your save data by uninstalling the app or removing the Mini from TikTok, limit ad personalization in your device settings, and clear website cookies in your browser.

12. Changes and how to contact us

We may update this policy as the game changes or the law requires. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and we will announce material changes in the game or on the platform where you play. Continued use after a change means the updated policy applies.
